Our good friend Rita surprised us today when she called to say she was in the area and wanted to come by to visit for a while. She has never met Austin and wanted to meet our little guy for the first time. Austin was napping when she arrived which gave us a chance to talk and catch up. Before she needed to get back on the road, she lives out-of-town, we peeked in on him since he had been sleeping for a while. It was perfect timing as he was just waking up. Austin was all smiles and very playful with Rita. I truly enjoyed this time with her. She is such a lovely person who is beautiful inside and out. God is really using her in so many ways to touch ours. I am thankful to have a friend like her in my life.

Amanda, I truly enjoyed my visit with you. It was great to catch up while Austin was sleeping. I am so GLAD that I was able to meet him and play with him for a little while. He is such a sweet heart, takes after his momma! I hope it won't be another year before I get to see him again. Thanks again for letting me stop by on such short notice.
