FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY

Yesterday was Austin's first big birthday bash with family and friends. I need to start by saying we are so blessed that everyone came out to spend Austin's special day with him. We had a lot of fun. Ty and I are very thankful to both having wonderful and caring families and great friends. Thank you to all that shared that special time with us. We had a blast to say the least! The theme of his party was "Lil' Prince" because he is our little prince. He wore a baby blue T-shirt that said "Lil' Prince" with jeans and a blue crown with the number 1. He looked ADORABLE! For the entertainment we had a huge blowup double sided slide for the children and that was a big hit with them. Austin enjoyed sliding down a few time with mommy and cousins. We showed our family DVD of Austin's first year, I think it turned out great and everyone loved it! We then ate hot dogs, sang happy birthday to Prince Austin, which he was not found of his birthday cake, but did like the cupcake. While Austin was eating his cupcake he was showing off some things he can do. He clapped his hands, said MOO for cow, Papa, Mama, Dada and waved bye-bye. I guess he thought since he had a crowd looking at him he needed to put on a show (it was really cute!) He is such a sweet and fun little guy. Then we opened gifts and we are so thankful for everything!!! On our way home Sunday, Ty and I discussed how grateful we are to have such loving friends and family. We truly miss you all very much.
