COSTUME DISASTER

We started out ok!
AND THEN...

Austin started pulling at his hat.

AND THEN....SCREAMING!

AND THEN...CRYING!

AND THEN...

RAGE!

AND THEN... HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Ok, I was thrilled when I found this adorable scarecrow costume for my little guy this Halloween. I was so excited that I could not wait to take a few pictures. Everything was going great until Austin decided that he did not like his hat. I think because it was tight around his face. I should have known that it wasn't meant to be when I had a difficult time getting Austin's head in the costume. This costume you step into and then pull head piece (hat) over head. **Just a helpful note: if the costume is a little tight going over your child's head...DO NOT FORCE IT! That is exactly what I did! BIG MISTAKE! I MEAN HUGE MISTAKE! So, once Austin start crying I knew he was done with pictures. I unzipped him and then attempted to pull his hat over his head, but nothing moved. I could not get the head piece over Austin's head because his head is so big! I started getting extremely nervous! I was by myself, my child was screaming, REAL tears pouring down his face, and the worst part was Austin was calling my name so pitifully. I didn't know what to do! I came close to cutting the stinking costume off, but thankfully we survived all the drama! I promised Austin never will he ever have to put this costume on again. If you need a cute costume it's 18 months and is precious on! You'll have to wait to see what he is going to be for Halloween! :o)
